As the pressures on Councils increase to deliver improved services within tighter budgets, the need for the best strategic leaders is more crucial than ever. Structural changes are high on the agenda for many innovative authorities, whether they be Council wide or department specific. Having identified what needs to be done, there is then the challenge of how this process of change will be resourced.
It is in this context that Quantica's Interim Management division was set up in February 2007 to supply interims to Local Authorities on a nationwide basis.
Our elite portfolio of clients are highly experienced Local Government managers who have proven track records in their interim careers.
